GLC Fund

The GLC Fund honors the legacy of George Chapman in the senior housing industry, reflecting his passion for learning and dedication to promoting diverse leadership. We aim to raise $3 million to support the recruitment of up to 10 Ferguson Fellows annually into the healthcare real estate sector, ensuring that George’s values continue to inspire future leaders.

Multifamily Fund
The Multifamily Fund was established in honor of Daryl Carter, Sue Ansel, and Lili Dunn, aimed at enhancing diversity within the multifamily, affordable, and student housing industries. We seek to raise $3 million to recruit up to 10 diverse undergraduates each year into these sectors, generating $150,000 annually to support our CLE Fellows as they embark on their professional journeys.
