Timeline & expectations
Life as a Ferguson Fellow
- 1:1 Coaching: Estimating 6 30-minute sessions per year
- Access to Industry Leaders across all sectors and functions in our Mentor Directory
- Access to 20-24 Hours of digital training focused on technical skills and soft skills that employers have reported as areas to focus on to set yourself apart
- Live career panels and webinars to interact with industry leaders and learn more about specific real estate topics that will help enhance your strengths
- Career services support through our job board and mentor directory to include mock interviews and access to internship/full-time job postings.
- Optional site visits, conferences, specialty certifications, and in-person trainings offered annually for select participants
